The Fund aims to provide investors with a steady income stream. As the Fund will be generating interest income, non-resident investors may only be subject to a 10% Australian withholding tax.
Lauders Capital will provide regular investment updates and the Trustee will provide annual unitholder and tax statements. These reports allow investors to view the details of their investment and the costs and returns of investing through the Fund.
The Fund is managed by a team of experienced financial services professionals with property experience and overseen by an independent Trustee to ensure compliance with relevant governance requirements.
Loan investments may be made across a range of projects which offer different risk profiles in terms of location, loan term and the security offered.
